Who we are

Clarke is made by Integrate Solutions Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202648441N), a company in Singapore.

What Clarke is

An AI assistant that helps real estate agents with their work, on WhatsApp and the web.

Your account

One account per agent. Keep your phone and account secure: you’re responsible for what’s done with them.

What Clarke sends

Clarke asks you before it sends anything, unless you let it do a small job on its own. You’re responsible for the messages you approve, and for following CEA’s rules and the law.

Check Clarke’s work

Clarke can make mistakes. Check important facts, like prices, dates and rules, before you rely on them. Clarke doesn’t give legal, financial or valuation advice.

Your clients’ details

You own your clients’ details, and Clarke only handles them for you, under the PDPA.

Fair use

Don’t use Clarke to send spam, to message people who haven’t agreed to hear from you, or for anything unlawful.

Price

Pro is $300 a month for one agent. For Enterprise, we agree a price with each team. The first 14 days are free.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Clarke stops at the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Changes to Clarke

We may change or pause parts of Clarke. We’ll tell you about important changes before they happen.

Liability

Clarke is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

Law

Singapore law applies.
